ASWATHY

This was the tenth week of teaching practice phase two. We had exam duties and the second terminal examination ended today. We got many good experiences in this week.  It was a nice week.

       Ninth week of teaching practice ended.  Second terminal examination started on Monday (09/12/2019). Class 10 students   have exam in the morning session and   class 8 and 9 have exam in the afternoon   session. There was no regular class in this   week.        We cleaned the garden and watered the medicinal plants.        This was a nice week.

This teaching practice weekend from 2/12/2019 to 6/12/2019 went well. An assembly was conducted on monday (2/12/2019), celebrating the International day of specially abled persons.Specially abled students from the school were honoured by the principal and the PTA.  On Tuesday JRC members in our school prepared a chart presentation on Bhopal Tragedy. Another assembly was conducted on Thursday during which prizes were distributed for winners of kalolsavam. Ramapuram school band received A grade in state level and their honoured in the school assembly. This week we had regular classes as usual and completed all our portions for second term examination. 

Extension programme is a part of B.Ed course. so, we decided to conduct a medicinal plants gardening in the school premises.

Based on the two year B. Ed curriculum all student teachers have to undertake school based conscientization programme. For this i selected the topic 'Fundamental Rights and Duties'. As per this, I took a seminar class on this topic for the class 8 and 9 as on 27/11/2019.

This teaching practice weekend went well with regular working hours on all days. On Monday and Thursday school assembly was conducted. During the assembly prizes for district and sub district Kalotsavam were distributed. We nurtured and watered the plants in the garden. I completed a poem 'The Sower' this week. I had a great time with students.

As part of B ed curriculum we took the Health education class for our students. I took a vitamin class and a lifestyle disease class

As part of our B ed curriculum we taught students to yoga and meditation. I taught the students to vajrasana and tadasana.

We completed the sixth week of teaching practice phase 2. There was a school assembly on Monday conducted by JRC members. On Wednesday we planted Dashapushpams i n the school garden.  As usual I took option classes and substitution classes. 

This was our fifth week of teaching practice phase 2. On Monday (11/11/2019) was the National Education Day, Birth day of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. So , there was an morning assembly and we were celebrate the National Education Day. On Wednesday after the lunch break we were cleaned the school garden and planting some medicinal plants. On Thursday (14/11/2019) we celebrate Children's Day. There are so many programmes conducted in the school.   And we were conducted a drawing competition in the school. Students actively participate the competition. As usual we had option classes and substitution classes in this weak. It was a memorable week.

This was our fourth week of teaching practice phase 2.  On monday,  there was an exhibition Pytrika Mela in the school organised by higher secondary students.  We got an opportunity to participate in it.  There was an eye camp organised by health department in the school. There was an assembly on wednesday. As usual we had our option classes and substitution classes in this week. It was a nice week.

In the chapter First showers   showed them to a glossary to find the difficult words from the poem. GLOSSARY

There was no training session in this weak at school because third semester exam .

It was our second week in teaching practice phase 2. There were no regular classes on Monday and Tuesday because of heavy rain. And also no class on Wednesday because of Mannarasala Ayilyam. As usual we took our option classes and substitution classes in this week.

      As per the B.Ed curriculum, our second phase of school internship programme for 30 days has started on 14 th October 2019. I got Govt. H.S.S Ramapuram for my internship programme. there are 7 teacher trainees with me. The first day we reached the school at 9.15 A.M. And we signed in the attendance register which is provided for us. Since it was the first day, the Headmistress Smt. Girija kumari teacher gave us the instructions to keep in the school. And then she arranged a room for us to sit. After signing the lesson template from the concern teacher.  Being English teacher I got one class to teach. I have the second period in 8 B class. I gone to the class and making friendly talk with the students. I cannot taught anything, because the students didn't have part 2 English text book. So, I gave them a task to write about their Onam celebration. After the class I gone to the room where we sitting. In the after noon we gone and served food for the students....

In the chapter Song of the flower I made a innovative work to taught them. I showed the four seasons related to the life of the flower.

We  started our second phase of Teaching practice today(14/11/2019) at GHS Ramapuram. 

We completed our first phase of teaching practice today.

We completed our 10 th week of teaching practice.

We completed the 9 th week of teaching practice successfully.

We completed our 8th week of teaching practice successfully today. As usual,I took my classes properly. Tuesday (06/08/2019)is Hiroshima day we conducted assembly and conducted a ralli about it. Students actively participate the program. In the last day of the week friday there were no regular class because of heavy rain.

As part of our B Ed curriculum we completed the 7 th week of teaching practice successfully today. I conducted a test paper based on unit 1 to the 8 th standard students.  Student police cadets conducted assembly to celebrate the SPC day. As usual this week created a good experience to us.

We completed our 6 th week of teaching practice successfully today. As usual, I took my classes properly in this week. And I took substitution periods. There were only four days of regular class as there was an educational strike on 23 rd Tuesday. On that day , we cleaned the school sports room and arrange it well as our extension activity. Totally this week also created a good experience.

                    15/07/2019 to 19/07/2019 We completed our 5 th week of teaching practice successfully today. As usual, I took my classes properly in this week. And I took substitution periods. I conducted a test paper to the 8 th standard students. At last week ( 19/07/2019). We taught the students to yoga class and the students practice it very well.

   10/07/2019 to 14/07/2019      

       We completed our third week of teaching practice successfully today. There conducted an assembly on Monday ( 01/07/2019). We took our option classes and had      substitution classes  all day. There were no regular classes on Tuesday because of educational strike, but teachers had to stay in the school till 3.30 pm.  On Wednesday (03/07/2019) we took our classes as usual. The next day,  Thursday (04/07/20190) there were no classes due to educational strike but the school we conducted  an inauguration ceremony on account of  " Vayanavaram"  as part of this program each class was provided a shelf for keeping books for the library. Today we reached the school at 9.15 AM due to the long lunch break.     This was a nice week for me. 

     24 June 2019 to 28 June 2019 As part of our B Ed curriculum 2018-20 academic year teaching practice, we completed the second week in the school. As usual, I took my classes properly in this week. In this week very important to us. Because lot of programmes we conducted at school. 26 June is celebrated international day against drug abuse. We conducted morning assembly and mentioned the importance of the day and we conducted awareness programme, Quiz competition and poster making competition. As part of Reading day we conducted Quiz competition on 27 June 2019. The last week of the day ( 28 June 2019), we taught the students to physical education and they practice very well.

As part of our B Ed curriculum 2018-20 academic year phase 1 of Teaching practice began on 19 June Wednesday and we completed 3 days in the school. I was given the opportunity to teach the subject of English for standard 8. In the three days , I arrived at correct time in school. I took my classes properly for the past 3 days. Everyday, we served the mid day meal to the students. On our first day at school we celebrated the Reading Day and conducted many programmes. On the last day ( 21 June 2019) we celebrate International Yoga Day and we taught the students yoga and practice very well.

Tomorrow (19/06/2019) we will start our Teaching Practice.....
